Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Spuric.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) What Spuric is

Spuric.ai is a software platform that provides access to AI-powered features. Some features may use third-party services (for example: AI model providers, voice providers, cloud infrastructure).

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Spuric.ai. By using Spuric.ai, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3) Accounts and security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Do not share your password or verification codes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, or security risks.

4) Credits (digital usage credits)

Spuric uses digital credits (“Credits”) to access certain features.

Important:

• Credits are not legal tender, are not a stored value account, and do not represent a bank account, prepaid card, or monetary value.
• Credits are a limited license to access features inside Spuric.ai.
• Credit consumption may vary by feature (for example: different AI models or voice features may cost different amounts of Credits).

We may adjust how Credits are consumed as features evolve, but we will aim to keep pricing fair and consistent.

5) Payments

• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchases.
• You must not use stolen payment methods or attempt to reverse/abuse payments.

6) Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy: Refund Policy.

If you request a refund, you agree we may review usage and account activity to confirm eligibility.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to use Spuric.ai to:

• break laws or encourage illegal activity
• generate or distribute malware, phishing, scams, or instructions for wrongdoing
• harass, threaten, or exploit others
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell Spuric.ai or its components (except where law allows)
• overload, disrupt, or interfere with the platform

We may limit or remove access if we believe your usage violates these Terms or creates risk.

8) Third-party services and content

Spuric.ai may rely on third-party services (AI providers, voice providers, hosting). Their availability and outputs are outside our control. You understand that:

• responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• you must use judgment before relying on outputs
• Spuric.ai is provided “as-is” and “as available”

9) No professional advice

Spuric.ai does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Outputs are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for decisions you make.

10) Intellectual property

Spuric.ai (including branding, software, design, and content provided by us) is owned by Spuric.ai or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms.

11) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe:

• you violated these Terms
• your activity is fraudulent or abusive
• it’s necessary to protect Spuric.ai, users, or third parties

You may stop using Spuric.ai at any time.

12) Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPURIC.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPURIC.AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SPURIC.AI IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example: in-app notice). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
